The Reverend Dr. Floyd H. Flake is the pastor of the Greater Allen A. M. E. Cathedral in Jamaica, New York. During his thirty-five year pastorate, Allen has become one of the nation’s foremost Christian churches and development corporations. With over twenty thousand members, the church and its subsidiary corporations operate with an annual budget of over $34 million dollars; and, own expansive commercial and residential developments, various social service enterprises, and the five-hundred-student Allen Christian School, founded in 1982, by Rev. Flake and his wife, the Reverend Elaine McCollins Flake.
Chief Investment Officer, State Retirement and Pension System of Maryland Melissa Moye serves as the Chief Investment Officer of the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System. She heads the Investment Division of 20 professionals and is responsible for the prudent investment of the $36billion trust fund which is diversified across asset classes.

Dr. Johnson is the William R. Kenan Jr. Distinguished Professor of strategy and entrepreneurship and director of the Urban Investment Strategies Center. His research interests include community and economic development, the effects of demographic changes on the U.S. workplace, interethnic minority conflict in advanced industrial societies, urban poverty and public policy in urban America, and workforce diversity issues.
Henry Cisneros is Executive Chairman of the CityView companies, which work with urban homebuilders to create homes priced within the range of average families. CityView is a partner in building more than 60 communities in 13 states, incorporating more than 7,000 homes with a home value of over $2 billion.
